-- July 5th 2005 -- The Pultronex corporation (CUSIP# 745877100) name was changed to 1-900 Jackpot, Inc and was assigned the trading symbol of "ONJK" and CUSIP# 68240h109.
-- February 10th 2006 -- 1-900 Jackpot, Inc board members agreed too and initiated a 74:1 reverse stock split.
-- March 14th 2006 -- After the split had occurred, 1-900 Jackpot, Inc was appointed a new trading symbol of "ONJP" and was also issued a new CUSIP# 68240h208.
The trading symbol "ONJP" and the CUSIP# 68240h208 are the newest figures that should be used in reference to 1-900 Jackpot, Inc.
All of the shares of the previous Pultronex corp. will be honored by the 1-900 Jackpot, Inc transfer agent, Computershare Trust and Transfer Company.
